luscious cheesecake, then hand-fired and mirrored with burnt caramel.

Marquise au Chocolat 8
A dense chocolate ganache of Belgian Callebaut and inside are three
layers of dark chocolate genoise soaked in rum.

Key Lime Calypso 8
Made with Key Lime mousse, vanilla genoise and a chocolate weave
textrure.
